Stronger Together: Umai Retail Introduces Its New “Birge+” Loyalty Program
Every day, each of us has a reason to enjoy shopping-from our favorite ingredients for dinner to little treats for ourselves and our loved ones.
Umai Retail announces the launch of “Birge+”-a unified loyalty program for the Globus, SPAR, “Dostor,” and “Narodny” stores-to give shoppers across Kyrgyzstan even more opportunities for great deals.
New benefits from “Birge+” are on the way.
But first, it’s important to use the bonuses you’ve already earned in the current retail chain apps: they must be redeemed by November 9, 2026. Accumulated bonuses will not be transferred to the new loyalty program, and the current retail chain apps will stop working on November 10, 2026.
We want you to have time to use your accumulated rewards, so we’re letting you know about these changes in advance. Check your bonus balance and use your bonuses on your next purchases according to the current program rules. Let them be a nice bonus for your household purchases, a family dinner, or a small treat for yourself.
It only takes a few simple steps to ensure you keep your accumulated rewards.
Check your balance in the current apps for the following retail chains: Globus, SPAR, “Dostor,” and “Narodny.”
Use up your bonuses by November 9-they won’t carry over to the new “Birge+” app! The current apps for these chains will stop working on the night of November 9-10.
Scan the QR code and download the “Birge+” app today. It will be available for use at store registers starting November 10, 2026.
“Birge+”-Together, We’re Stronger!
Your favorite stores are now even closer thanks to a new, shared loyalty program. Shop at Globus, SPAR, “Dostor,” and “Narodny” wherever it’s convenient for you, and enjoy the shared benefits of “Birge+”: earn bonuses, receive personalized offers and special prices, participate in promotions and prize drawings, and discover new opportunities for great deals.
More perks, bonuses, promotions, discounts, and benefits. More for you, your family, and everyone.
Thank you for choosing our stores and trusting us with a part of your everyday life.
“Birge+”- because together, we’re always stronger.
