In February, Umai Group launched the “Our People” contest - a project that brought together colleagues eager to share their stories and offer a behind-the-scenes look at Umai Group.

Seventy participants joined the contest, and over 1,000 videos were created!

Colleagues shared stories about themselves, their work, their career paths, their teams, and what it means to them to be part of Umai Group. Each video tells a unique story, offers a personal perspective, and provides a chance to see our company through the eyes of those who build it every day.

34 participants made it to the finals. We originally planned to select 5 winners, but the number, variety, and creativity of the entries impressed us so much that we decided to double the number of grand prizes.

As a result, the 10 most creative participants received the grand prize - an iPhone 17 Pro - and became official Umai Group ambassadors!

Not a single finalist was left out either!

The 10 participants who came just a hair’s breadth short of victory received LG TVs. 

All the other finalists also received valuable gifts - after all, each of them has already made an important contribution to showcasing the real Umai Group: through its people, their stories, and their daily work

Thank you to all participants for your courage, ideas, and willingness to share your stories. It is initiatives like these that help us get to know each other better and shape the Umai Group culture together.

Our contest has come to an end, but the story of our ambassadors is just beginning.
